Ledley's video training diary - day seven

Ledley King is well underway with his training regime ahead of his historic Testimonial – and we’ve got behind-the-scenes access to follow his every move!

Our legendary former skipper will roll back the years alongside a host of his former team-mates as Ledley’s Guest XI takes on the current first team at White Hart Lane on May 12.

Naturally, our Club Ambassador needs to build his match fitness back up ahead of the game – and is making use of the facilities at our Training Centre as he embarks on his specialised training programme.

Day seven saw Ledley ramp up his fitness work in the gym.
