Christian Eriksen pinpointed Harry Kane's goal as the key moment to set-up our 5-1 win against Sunderland.

The Danish playmaker provided the assist for the young striker to bag his first Premier League goal on his first Premier League start for us.

It was Christian’s second assist of the night and Harry’s close-range finish put us 2-1 up just before the hour.

We went on to win 5-1 as Christian capped his own display with the third goal before Emmanuel Adebayor, his second, and Gylfi Sigurdsson completed the scoring.

“That (Harry’s goal) was the moment that broke Sunderland and we went on from there, we got on top,” said Christian, voted Man of the Match by fans after another impressive performance.

“You saw that and we could feel it.

“Everyone is pleased for Harry, he’s done really in training and now scored and that’s what everyone hoped for.”

Christian said it was vital to win after the heavy loss at Anfield and we showed ‘good character’ to respond from Sunderland’s early goal.

“We had to bounce back from last week, we did that and hopefully we can continue next week (at West Brom),” he said. “We know we have five difficult games left but if we play like we did against Sunderland we could win them all.”
