Lads set to face each other in Euro 2016

12 December 2015|Tottenham Hotspur

Ben Davies is set to face our England contingent at the UEFA Euro 2016 finals in France after Wales were paired with the Three Lions in Saturday's draw.

Harry Kane, Eric Dier, Dele Alli, Kyle Walker, Ryan Mason and Andros Townsend have all appeared for the senior England squad in 2015 and will all be determined to meet Ben in the tournament running from June 10-July 10. England and Wales are joined by Russia and Slovakia in Group B.

Capped 18 times by Wales, Ben helped Wales qualify for their first major tournament since the 1958 World Cup.

Facing Spurs team-mates on international duty is not exactly a new experience for Ben as Wales qualified from the same group as Belgium.

Our Belgian quartet - Toby Alderweireld, Nacer Chadli, Mousa Dembele and Jan Vertonghen - will take on Italy, the Republic of Ireland and Sweden in a tough-looking Group E.

Hugo Lloris will proudly captain hosts France, who take on Romania, Albania and Switzerland in Group A. France kick-off the tournament against Romania on June 10.

There is also Spurs interest in Group F, where Kevin Wimmer will aim to be part of the Austria squad that face Portugal, Iceland and Hungary.

Group A - France, Romania, Albania, Switzerland

Group B - England, Russia, Wales, Slovakia

Group C - Germany, Ukraine, Poland, Northern Ireland

Group D - Spain, Czech Republic, Turkey, Croatia

Group E - Belgium, Italy, Republic of Ireland, Sweden

Group F - Portugal, Iceland, Austria, Hungary
