Both the Under-15s and the Under-11 Whites reached the finals of their respective League Cups over the weekend.

The older age group travelled to Luton Town for their semi-final and came away convincing 3-0 winners thanks to goals from Katie Fray (pictured above), Bobbi Cubberley and Lydia Maher.

It was an all-Spurs affair in the Under-11s semi with the Whites overcoming the Blues by a solitary Ronell Humes strike.

Back in league action, Iris Isok and Siobhan Jones both helped themselves to two goals each in a comfortable 6-1 victory for the Under-16s away at Fairlands.

The Spurs Ladies Thirds maintained their challenge for the GLRWFL Third Division North title with a resounding 11-1 win over LNER, but there were defeats for both the Under-14s and the Under-10 Blues at QPR.

There were better results, however, for the Under-13s - who beat Enfield Town 7-1 - and the Under-12s who enjoyed a 2-0 victory over Hampstead.
