Tottenham Hotspur Ladies reserves took another step in the London County Cup on Sunday.

Tottenham Hotspur Ladies reserves took another step in the London County Cup on Sunday.

Here are all the latest reports, with thanks to Wyart Lane...

Tottenham Hotspur U10s 3
Garston Ladies U10 1

A double from Ronell Humes (pictured right) put Tottenham on the way to a well-deserved win over Garston Ladies at Fred Knights in the HCGFL.

Humes scored in Tottenham’s first attack, with Ellis Lunn putting Spurs 2-0 up in the first half, while Garston hit back to make it a tense finish before Humes completed her brace and give the fine team performance a finish to earn three points as the girls stay unbeaten in their two league matches.

Squad : - Renee Lamy, Jacqueline McLucas, Chantay Watson, Ronell Humes, Megan Jones, Ellis Lunn, Chloe Tunnicliffe, Rebecca Mills, Alice Simmonds, Rebecca Lane.

Tottenham Hotspur U12 Blues 4
QPR U12 1

With some good passing movements, Spurs Ladies Under-12 Blues maintained their 100% record with a proficient 4-1 win over a determined QPR team in the HCGFL.

It took a minute for Louisa Fox to put Tottenham ahead and then Amy Runciman took a long throw from Monique Thompson, rounding the keeper before slipping home the second goal.

Rangers pulled the score back to 2-1 before the interval, but among a flurry of chances created by Tottenham in the second half, Chloe Smith fired in a loose ball in a goalmouth scramble and Runciman hit the fourth to keep the team firing on all cylinders as they adapt to 11-a-side with great aptitude.

Squad : - Naomi Coulson, Sam Delves, Jemma McCarthy, Monique Thompson, Alison Woodward, Jess Johnson, Phoebe Guiver (c), Georgia Miller, Louisa Fox, Amy Runciman, Chloe Smith.

Garston Ladies U14 4
Tottenham Hotspur U14 2

Without a couple of important players, Spurs faced Garston in this HCGFL table topping meeting and the speed of the home forwards was the difference between the two sides.

Two Nikki Hunnable goals kept Spurs in the game, one a cool finish and the other a penalty after being fouled, but it was the Garston players who had the fleet-footed attacks to win the competitive and free-flowing game 4-2.

Squad : - Daisy O’Sullivan, Shianne St. Louis, Rosie Kmita, Molly Kmita, Harley Keenlyside, Hannah Lyons, Ayse Mustafa, Renata Inniss, Taylor O’Leary, Sarah Skipper, Siobhan Jones, Charlotte Dean, Nikki Hunnable, Whitney Tango.

Tottenham Hotspur U15 Whites 5
Hemel Hempstead Girls U15 1

A controlled, but stylish performance on a bitterly cold Sunday afternoon saw Spurs Ladies Under-15 Whites enjoy long periods of possession that eventually earned them a 5-1 win against Hemel Hempstead Girls in the HCGFL.

The passing moves opened up the opposition side at regular intervals and the Tottenham goals came from Beth Brown Hunter Scott (2), Jodie Fenn, Lindsey Cockle and Paige Barnard as the girls start to play some attractive football and move steadily up the league table.

Sian Osmond (Nicola Davey), Katie Goodland, Zoe Jackson, Tessa Osborne (Aimee Rose), Vanessa Hassan, Jodie Fenn, Leasha Ngotho (Paige Barnard), Rhiannon Kelly, Andrea Edobor, Lindsey Cockle, Tarn Harris (Beth Brown Hunter Scott).

Luton Town U16 5
Tottenham Hotspur U16 2

With injury and absence hitting Tottenham Hotspur Under-16s, they put up a spirited performance against Luton Town before succumbing 2-5.

Playing with a player short and with a stand-in goalkeeper, the Spurs girls were up against it. Sophie Petros did well between the sticks, but Luton took advantage of the space, while goals from Dee Gilbert and Becky Shephard made it hard for the Home side to relax too much.

A late goal by Town gave the score-line a harsher look than perhaps the Tottenham team deserved.

Squad : - Sophie Petros, Patrizia Leo, Shikiera Richards-Lake, Alex North, Ryah Vyse (c), Stavroulla Panayiotou, Dee Gilbert, Becky Shephard, Natalie Howard, Victoria Matthews.

Newham Womens 0
Tottenham Hotspur Ladies Reserves 2

A slow start made the London County Cup win over a depleted Newham Womens team harder than it should have been for Tottenham Hotspur Ladies Reserves.

The first half saw some slack passing and the players were given a motivational team-talk at the break. This spurred Tottenham on to produce a fine passing move for Natalie Arbuckle to net the first Spurs goal. Within five minutes the game was effectively won, when a move from the Spurs penalty area to the other end saw Fiona Butterfield unselfishly set up Arbuckle to make it 2-0.

More good movement kept the pressure on the home side, but there was no further score as Spurs Reserves move into the quarter final, where they will face Premier League Charlton Athletic.

Team : - Lacey Amato (Charley Sandford), Ebony Heath, Mary Griffiths, Hannah Charman, Louise van Hamme, Katie Taylor (Lizzie De Asha), Hayley Graham, Chanel Breen (Laura Allen), Sam Garner, Fiona Butterfield, Natalie Arbuckle.
