Kyle's praise for Christian's values

Kyle Walker described Christian Eriksen’s dramatic winner at Swansea as ‘doing what he does best’ and stated: “He can keep doing it!”
The Danish playmaker racked up his sixth goal of the Premier League campaign to secure another away win, this time at the Liberty Stadium.
It was a carbon-copy of his winner in similar circumstances at Hull as Christian drilled home from the edge of the box.
His latest goal earned praise from all quarters - including Kyle, who completed an impressive return to Premier League action after long-term injury.
“People forget how young Christian is, he’s younger than me and I’m only 24,” said Kyle.
“Fair play to him, he has a lot on his shoulders here and he handles it really well.
“He’s such a down-to-earth guy as well, keeps his feet on the ground. He comes in every day, does his work, does extra work and it shows out there every time he plays.”
Sunday’s win moved us up to seventh and we continued the momentum with a fine win against Newcastle in the quarter-final of the Capital One Cup to set-up a semi-final over two legs against Kyle’s former team Sheffield United for a place in the final at Wembley.
More immediately, the festive period is very much upon us, starting with Burnley at home on Saturday, a trip to Leicester City on Boxing Day followed by a home double-header against United (December 28) and Chelsea (New Year’s Day).
“It’s always tough at this time of year but with the squad we’ve got and the confidence here at the moment we’re looking push on again,” said Kyle.
