Hans Segers was delighted with his team of goalkeepers last season - now he intends to push them further.
Kasey Keller maintained his performance level throughout the campaign and was our only ever-present with a maximum 41 games out of 41 - the first time the America international has achieved the feat in his career.
Neil Sullivan was out for three months with a broken thumb but remained the model professional despite losing his number one spot.
Rob Burch got better and better after his loan spell at Woking, impressed in reserve action and made it to the first team bench at Middlesbrough while Shwan Jalal was a big hit at the same Conference side before a thigh injury ended his campaign early.
Meanwhile, Canadian international Lars Hirschfeld also made it to the bench and only a hamstring injury halted an encouraging loan spell at Luton Town.
Goalkeeping coach Hans reflected: "The overall report with the goalkeepers is very good.
"We've been lucky with injuries generally although Sully had three months out with his thumb and Lars had to be pulled out at Luton.
"Overall though, I'm very pleased with how they've progressed this season.
"Now it's for me to keep pushing these boys. That's what it's all about, to keep pushing, to get better year in, year out.
"You never know, if we get a youngster through to the Premier League, that would be great."
