Kane's belief in Christian

Harry Kane had no doubts that Christian Eriksen would deliver in the two key moments of our 2-1 win at Hull on Sunday.

And the young striker’s belief in Christian’s ability led directly to our equaliser at the KC Stadium.

Harry drilled home the rebound after Christian struck the post from a free-kick to level in the 61st minute before the Danish star’s dramatic winner with 89 minutes on the clock, an arrow of a drive into the bottom corner from 25 yards.

“I knew Christian was going to hit the target with his free-kick so I got myself into an area where the ball might drop, I did that and luckily enough I was able to put it in the back of the net,” revealed Harry after netting his 11th goal of the campaign.

“The winner was a great goal, great finish. We practice that type of finishing day in, day out at training so when he picked the ball up, I knew he’d have a chance and when I saw it hit the back of the net I was delighted for him and the team.

“Away from home is tough and to be 1-0 down for a long period, we knew we had to stick in there, keep playing our football and we got the goals in the end.

“We’ve great spirit, we dug deep when ne needed to and we turned it around to get the right result.”
