We bring you the first in a 10-part series looking at the extraordinary work of the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation as it celebrates a decade of creating opportunities that change lives.
This week, we meet Tottenham resident Joseph, who was diagnosed with prostate cancer seven years ago before being referred to the Club’s After Cancer Exercise (ACE) programme.
During the 12-week exercise referral course, delivered as part of the Club’s commitment to improving the health and wellbeing of local people, Joseph developed a special bond with instructor Emiliano as the sessions helped change his life.
Watch the video above to find out more about Joseph’s inspirational story.
