Jol on the draw
Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).
Martin Jol is relishing the prospect of a return to The Hawthorns to face West Brom in the fourth round of the FA Cup.
The Dutchman played for the Black Country outfit between 1981-84 and reached the semi-finals of the FA Cup in 1982.
He will now return as Head Coach and said this afternoon: ""It will be good to go back to West Brom because they are a tremendous club and I've got good memories of the Hawthorns from my playing days there.
"But it is not an easy place to go and represents a hard draw for us.
"Any Premiership side, particularly away from home, would be difficult but particularly so at West Brom because they love the FA Cup there just as much as we do."
Sporting Director Frank Arnesen sees it as one of the ties of the round. "It's a big draw, Martin's ex-club and an all-Premier League tie, so perhaps it's one of the biggest draws of the round.
"I'm sure Martin will love the draw. I know he had a fantastic time at West Brom and he'll look forward to going there again but this time as Head Coach of Tottenham Hotspur.
"We've already played them at the Hawthorns earlier in the season, drew 1-1 and it will be tough."
