Jol on Forest

Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

Martin Jol is expecting nothing less than a tough time from Nottingham Forest in tonight's FA Cup replay.

We travel to the City Ground for the fifth round tie after drawing 1-1 at the Lane 10 days ago. The winners travel to Newcastle United in the quarter-finals.

Forest are on a six-match unbeaten run under new boss Gary Megson including that creditable draw in the initial tie. Since then they've beaten Preston and drawn 2-2 against arch-rivals and high-flying Derby.

"It's an away game so it will be more difficult," said Head Coach Martin. "They could play in the same style but perhaps they will look to attack us as well.

"I think it will be a bit different but they will stick to the same system they played at White Hart Lane. They changed to a 4-4-2 in the last league game but I think they will go with the 5-3-2 again.

"We played against Burnley and they played well in the first half and I think Championship sides in England can cause problems.

"We have to play away against Forest and it won't be easy. We are a Premier League side and we should have won at home, to be honest, so we've brought the problems on ourselves.

"If we keep a clean sheet we can score goals, so I'm confident. But that means nothing because it's a one-off. In England, this is a very tough game but we have the quality and you hope that makes the difference."

Meanwhile, Martin is looking forward to seeing another packed Spurs support in the away end at Forest. "Everyone told me when I came here that Tottenham had the best away support in England and maybe that's true. It certainly gives us a lift all the time."
