Ipswich reaction

Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

Colin Calderwood was a satisfied coach after his reserve team kept a clean sheet and put on a good performance against league leaders Ipswich at Stevenage on Monday evening.

Ipswich needed a win to clinch the title, while we were playing our final game of the campaign. Town have another game remaining against Derby to secure the prize at the expence of Arsenal.

Colin took particular satisfaction with the clean sheet, where Stephen Kelly, Gary Doherty and Paul O'Donoghue held firm with some composure. Doc later pushed forward and Ronnie Henry joined his under-19 team-mates.

"We haven't had too many clean sheets this year, Gary Doc helped with his experience in the first half and in the second half we coped very well when Ronnie came on and Doc went up front.

"We did a lot of things right tonight. A lot of things were as good as they've been with the ball in a lot of areas. No one goes through a game without making a mistake, but with the amount of possession we had and the way we moved the ball from side to side, we ended up with crosses and shots in towards the goal.

"There's certain things, as always, that we'd like to improve on slightly but the basis of it was pretty good I thought."
