Ipswich back on track

Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

It is of no surprise to John Gorman that his former club Ipswich appear to be back on track.

Their last-gasp win at the Lane was followed by an impressive win at Leicester and a stunning 5-0 win over Sunderland.

"They played well against Charlton as well and were 2-0 up, so yes they are back on track," added John. "They won in the Cup against Dagenham and Redbridge and they're flying.

"To be honest, it's nothing unusual, I didn't expect them to be languishing at all. They've shown their great qualities to come through but, we do owe them one."

John is referring to Ipswich's win at the Lane when they snatched a late victory through an Alan Armstrong goal after Teddy was dismissed.

"We feel we were robbed a wee bit because we played very well with ten men after Teddy was sent off and we should have got a result with ten men. We ended up losing a goal in the dying minutes.

"It was a bit of a shame and a draw was the least we deserved, but we went all out to win the match."

Thanks to a quirk in the fixture list, the team now have the chance to right the result very quickly.

"It's a very important game for us, the lads are determined and we're all in good spirits and ready for the game."
