Internationals - Sunday action, Monday preview

16 November 2015|Tottenham Hotspur

Josh Onomah set England Under-19s on the way to a 5-1 friendly victory over Japan with a fine individual goal on Sunday (November 15).

The young midfielder skipped over a handful of challenges on the left side before finishing well from inside the box to put his team 1-0 up inside nine minutes at Manchester City’s Academy Stadium.

He went on to complete the remainder of the first period before being replaced at half-time as part of a double change. Kyle Walker-Peters was an unused substitute for the Young Lions.
