Internationals: Janssen on target, Josh/Kyle into U20 World Cup semi-finals
05 June 2017|Tottenham Hotspur
Vincent Janssen made it two goals in two friendlies as Holland toppled the Ivory Coast on Sunday.
The striker slotted home his side's fifth and final goal of a 5-0 win in Rotterdam, following in after Badra Ali Sangare palmed away Georginio Wijnaldum's shot. Netherlands now prepare for a must-win World Cup qualifier against Luxembourg on Friday.
Japhet Tanganga started again and completed a full shift as a young England Under-20 team continue to sweep all before them in the Toulon Tournament. They had already secured a place in the semi-finals but made it three wins out of three in Group A with a 2-1 win against Japan. Group matches continue today and tomorrow.

JOSH/KYLE START AS AS ENGLAND REACH U20 WORLD CUP SEMI-FINAL
Josh Onomah and Kyle Walker-Peters both started as England reached the semi-finals of the U20 FIFA World Cup in South Korea by beating Mexico in Monday's semi-final.
However, it was joy and despair for midfielder Josh, who was sent off after receiving two yellow cards, the second a somewhat questionable decision with 18 minutes remaining. Kyle completed the 90 minutes.

Earlier, Josh struck the foot of the post from 20 yards in England's best spell at the start of the second half, a spell that included the winner struck home by Chelsea's Dominic Solanke.
England now face Italy on Thursday for a place in the final. Uruguay face Venezuela in the second semi-final.
