Zlatan Ibrahimovic grabbed the first goal before an Olsson own goal levelled things up shortly before half-time, but Sunderland's Sebastian Larsson grabbed a brace in the second half to hand Sweden victory.
A crowd of 36600 watched Columbia beat Mexico 2-0 in Florida, with Giovani Dos Santos playing the full 90-minutes.
