Louis Saha featured for France as Les Bleus pulled off an impressive 2-1 over Germany in Bremen.

The striker was brought on with ten minutes to go as France stretched their unbeaten run to 18 games and they approach Euro 2012 in excellent form.

Luka Modric, Vedran Corluka and Niko Kranjcar all played for Croatia as Sweden pulled off a surprise 3-1 victory in Zagreb. Zlatan Ibrahimovic grabbed the first goal before an Olsson own goal levelled things up shortly before half-time, but Sunderland's Sebastian Larsson grabbed a brace in the second half to hand Sweden victory.

A crowd of 36600 watched Columbia beat Mexico 2-0 in Florida, with Giovani Dos Santos playing the full 90-minutes.

Ryan Nelsen captained New Zealand to a disappointing 2-3 loss to Jamaica at the Mount Smart Stadium in Auckland.

And finally, Steven Pienaar played 68 minutes for South Africa in a 0-0 draw against Senegal, whilst defender Bongani Khumalo played the full game.
