INJURY LATEST

Paul Stalteri and Michael Carrick are the latest injury concerns for Martin Jol in addition to Robbie Keane looking a major doubt for West Ham on Sunday.

Paul Stalteri and Michael Carrick are the latest injury concerns for Martin Jol in addition to Robbie Keane looking a major doubt for West Ham on Sunday.

Striker Robbie had to be withdrawn at half-time in the 1-0 win against Bolton at the Lane after twisting his ankle early in the game.

Head Coach Martin said on Tuesday: "Robbie is a very good healer but normally you would be out for two or three weeks. He will do everything to be there on Sunday but it’s a problem and that’s a blow."

Full-back Paul is another big doubt with a minor knee ligament injury while midfielder Michael has a slight calf problem.

Martin added: "Paul Stalteri’s is maybe not the worst injury but normally you would be out for a couple of weeks and he’s struggling.

"Michael Carrick has a slight problem but we've still got five days to go so hopefully one or two will be fit again.

"We have been a bit unlucky but I think we are strong enough. Andy Reid came on against Bolton and did well, Tom Huddlestone and Calum Davenport have done well. Edgar Davids will also be back.â€Â

Ledley King (broken fourth metatarsal, left foot) and Jermaine Jenas (shin) remain out and Mido (knee) is also a doubt.
