Important ticket information for 2010-11 season

As previously advised, we have introduced a new stadium access control system for the coming season.

Season Ticket Holders will no longer be issued with a voucher book, but instead will access the stadium with their One Hotspur Membership card.

This card will display the seat details along with a barcode which will be scanned at the turnstiles to allow stadium entry.

One Hotspur Lilywhite and Bronze Members will also use their membership cards to access the stadium for matches that they have purchased tickets for.

Full details on how this new system works will be sent to all Members and Season Ticket Holders ahead of the start of the season.

Season cards will be ready for despatch in the next week to 10 days.

Any Season Ticket Holder that has requested to collect their season card will be contacted and advised when they are available for collection. Lilywhite and Bronze members will have their cards and membership packs sent to them throughout July.

Match Ticket Prices

Following the recent announcement of fixtures for the coming season, we are pleased to confirm the ticket sale dates and prices for the 2010/2011 campaign.

In line with the increase of VAT to 20% from January 4th 2011, prices for any tickets sold after this date have been slightly increased from the main pricing structure for next season.

Sale Dates

The sales process for our matches will follow the same pattern for the coming season, with a priority 24 hour window given to One Hotspur Bronze Members to access a limited number of tickets ahead of the wider sale to all One Hotspur Lilywhite and Bronze Members.

There will also be a Guest Sale Day to enable all One Hotspur Members the opportunity to purchase an additional ticket for a friend or family member ahead of any remaining tickets going on general sale.

A new feature for all One Hotspur Members and Season Ticket Holders for the 2010-2011 season is an opportunity for existing adult One Hotspur Members to apply for tickets to bring youngsters to White Hart Lane to experience a live Premier League match for possibly the first time.

As part of our commitment to develop Spurs fans of the future, an allocation of tickets will be made available for One Hotspur Members to make bringing kids to matches easier and more accessible.

These tickets are located in the North Stand (Family Area) and our aim is to ensure all young fans that attend have an unforgettable match day experience.

To apply for these tickets you will need to pre-register your interest online in a window before tickets go on sale to Bronze Members for each Premier League game.

Applications will be considered in a lottery fashion if applications exceed the allocation.

Notification to applicants will be done before the Bronze Members priority window opens, so that Members do not miss out on normal booking priority if they are unsuccessful for these tickets.

Season Ticket Members will be able to relocate their seat for one match if taking advantage of this offer.

Pre-season friendlies at White Hart Lane

Tickets for our two pre-season friendly matches against Villarreal (July 29) and Fiorentina (August 7) go on sale from 9.30am on Monday July 5.
