Ifil on Youth Cup test
Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).
Philip Ifil has sampled three levels of club football this year and he described the FA Youth Cup as being the most challenging.
The young full-back started off the season for the first team in the Premiership - playing full games against Liverpool and Newcastle - and has been a reserve team regular for Clive Allen. He has also featured for the under-18s in the Youth Cup and featured against Nottingham Forest at the Lane and Liverpool at Anfield.

Such was the intensity of those encounters, the 18-year-old found the demands of the games tougher than the Premiership combat he has experienced.
"I've been with the Youth team working towards doing well in the FA Youth Cup, we won at Liverpool the other week and now face Everton in the next round," reported the England under-19 international.
"It is difficult, a different kind of football to first and reserve team games. I've been lucky enough to have had a taste of all three and have found the youth to be hardest. I played against Liverpool's first team and then got the chance to play at Anfield with the under-18s. It was good for my family to come and watch us play - hopefully we will go further now and maybe win it.
"The opening day of the season feels like a long time ago and the season has gone really quickly - it has been a good one for me though."
Ifil and his Academy teammates do have a bit of previous with their age group counterparts at Everton, having met them in the play-off semi-finals at under-17 level at the end of last season.
"It was a tight one and we lost on penalties after drawing 1-1. It was disappointing and we are hoping to put it right this year.
"I don't really know what to expect other than a tight game - they have all been like that so far. It is at the Lane, we will be up for it and if we can carry on from the Liverpool performance we should be okay.
"I was away with England for last year's Youth Cup game and this is the last year I can play in it. Hopefully we can go far and I would love to say I've won the Youth Cup. This is our FA Cup, you can only do it for a couple of years and I want to win it.
"The crowds get a bit bigger as you get into the later stages and we would like a good crowd against Everton."
