hotspur - OUT NOW!

Ledley King insists that he will always put Spurs first as the clamour builds for him to be included in England's World Cup squad.

Ledley King insists that he will always put Spurs first as the clamour builds for him to be included in England's World Cup squad.

The Spurs skipper continues to nurse his injured knee and is unable to play in every game. But there is no doubt that Ledley is the king in each and every appearance that he makes.

Ledley is the main interview in the May issue of hotspur magazine - on sale today.

And he acknowledges that only his best form for Spurs will see him on that plane to South Africa.

"All I care about is the team and the fans," he insists. "The best thing for me is to deal with what I've got and try to make the best of it.

"It would be a dream to pull on that England shirt again...but there's only one place where that starts - here at Tottenham."

Read the full interview in hotspur where manager Harry Redknapp answers questions from fans in his regular and exclusive column. Harry talks about Gareth Bale, Danny Rose, the World Cup and our Double side.

And he also reflects on the emotions experienced from the Wembley low to the highs of victories over Arsenal and Chelsea.

Harry writes: "The change in emotions was amazing. Wembley knocked us all for six so for the players to turn it around as they did was fantastic. They showed real character and, to be fair, they've done that all season."

In his regular column, Ossie Ardiles discusses the race for fourth place while Wilson Palacios is the man in our ‘Onside' hot seat. We look ahead to the World Cup and the Spurs players likely to be involved and Danny Rose talks about that goal against Arsenal as we also run two pages of pictures on another great night at the Lane.

TV star T.J. Ramini, the man in '24' and ‘NCIS,' tells us about how he became a Spurs fan and Darren Anderton adds to our build up to South Africa with a look back at his own England memories from France '98.

All this plus our ever-popular ‘Fanzone' section plus historical reflections on 1999 with Mauricio Taricco and an in-depth look at season 1975-76.

If you're a Spurs fan, you can't afford to miss hotspur. On sale before the Bolton game from your programme seller, on subscription, from the Spurs Shop and from all good newsagents.
