Home-grown heroes 'inspirational' - Josh

Josh Onomah says our younger players are taking inspiration from the performance of our Academy graduates in the first team this season.
Harry Kane has led the way with 29 goals in all competitions with fellow graduates Ryan Mason, Nabil Bentaleb, Danny Rose and Andros Townsend all regulars this season.
Indeed, all five took their place in the starting line-up in the Capital One Cup Final at Wembley in March and three - Ryan, Harry and Andros - featured alongside Kyle Walker in England's last outing, a 1-1 draw against Italy in Turin, where Andros equalised with a cracker.
Josh is one of the players trying to follow in their footsteps.
The midfielder is one of two more Academy graduates to make their first-team debuts this term alongside Harry Winks.
"They are a big inspiration for all of us and it's something we aim for in the future," said Josh, who is looking forward to tonight's big clash in the Barclays U21 Premier League at the Lane (7pm).
"Harry Kane, Nabil Bentaleb, Ryan Mason are players I played with them when I first went into the Under-21s. With Andros as well, they are proof that if you work hard enough, you can do it.
"I’m pleased with how it's gone this season. I didn’t expect to make my debut and I’ve been through three different age groups, so it’s been a great experience, a real challenge and hopefully I can push on again next season."
