Heung-Min Son named Man of the Match by a landslide!
25 September 2016|Tottenham Hotspur
Two-goal Heung-Min Son was named our supporters' Man of the Match for a third Premier League game running after Saturday's win at Middlesbrough – by the biggest margin yet!
The South Korean international star, in resurgent form since his return from the Olympic Games in Rio, starred at Stoke a fortnight ago – where he also scored twice – and at home to Sunderland last weekend.
He was the clear winner of our Man of the Match poll for both of those games but after netting both our goals during a dominant first-half display at the Riverside, he took a whopping 90 per cent of votes – cast on Twitter and Facebook – this time around.
Christian Eriksen and Victor Wanyama were joint runners-up with five per cent each.
Here's what Sonny had to say to Spurs TV after the game...
MAN OF THE MATCH - MIDDLESBROUGH
Heung-Min Son - 90%
Christian Eriksen - 5%
Victor Wanyama - 5%
As always, thanks for all your votes.
