Heung-Min Son: "I want to do even better"
24 September 2016|Tottenham Hotspur
Heung-Min Son feels he's hitting his best form in a Spurs shirt.
It's no surprise. The South Korean star has hit four goals in his three Premier League appearances this season - already taking him past his total for 2015-16. Having scored two goals late last term, he also has six in his last six.
He marked his return from international duty with two goals at Stoke, followed up with a Man of the Match display against Sunderland and now it's a double-double with two goals in successive road trips after another super show, this time leading us to a 2-1 win at Middlesbrough.

They were goals worthy of any win as well. For the first, he drifted in from the right, collected Vincent Janssen's lay-off, evaded two challenges and finished. The second was better. Initially looking like he'd run out of room on the left byline, he won the ball back and angled a curler into the top corner fron 16 yards.
"I shocked myself for the second goal!" said Sonny. "I train every day for this (type of) shot, I lost the ball but got it back and took the shot.
"I feel very good now. I felt good last season as well but I got injured. I try to do my best every game, last season was my first in the Premier League and now I want to do better. It’s not finished, I look forward and will work hard every day for Tottenham."
Sonny was last off the pitch - and left to resounding applause from our travelling fans.
"I’m very thankful for the fans, they were unbelievable again, every game," he added. "We fight for them as well. The reaction was fantastic and it was a great feeling for me. I want to score more goals to see those reactions!"
