IT WAS A classic game of two halves when we played Bolton Wanderers at the Reebok Stadium 10 days ago.

They got after us in the first half, we didn't really get out of the blocks. We needed to sort things out at half-time, we had to put it right, and the second half was a completely different game.

I felt we got on top of them and we were much the better team in the second period. We came back strong, created loads of chances and could have won it in the end.

We were a different team completely after the break. The first half was like our performance against Wolves two weeks ago and that is not how we've been, the second half was more like what we have been doing all season.

You never get an easy game at Bolton so it was a good result but we must try to win at home tonight as we welcome Owen Coyle and his side back to White Hart Lane for the replay of this FA Cup Fifth Round tie.

Owen did a great job at Burnley and I am sure he will do a terrific job at Bolton too. He had Burnley playing some fantastic football during his time at Turf Moor and I am sure he will want to play more or less the same way now he is in charge at Bolton.

Judging by the first encounter at the Reebok it should be an interesting cup tie tonight. It won't be easy but we will give it our best shot with Fulham awaiting the winners in the quarter-finals.

The FA Cup is a big priority for us, it is a massive competition. We all enter three domestic competitions at the start of the season and, in all honesty, most sides' best opportunity of winning something is through one of the two cups.

There is a chance here to step out at Wembley with the possibility of lifting some silverware at the end of it all so you have to give it your all to try to get there, that is what the fans want.

We have got a tough game here to contend with first, however. No-one will be underestimating Bolton. It is a massive game as far as I am concerned. They are in a relegation battle and it remains tight down the bottom of the Premier League. Their first priority may well be to stay in the division but at the same time they are going to want to get a result here tonight.

We are looking forward to tonight's contest. Let's hope it is a good game and we can pick up a positive result, so we can then look forward to another big fixture here against Everton on Sunday in the league.

Have a good evening.
