The mark of a good side is how you pick yourselves up after a bad day and that is exactly what we have to do following Sunday's FA Cup semi-final.

We had plenty of possession and enough chances to win the game, including having a good goal disallowed, but that is how it goes. We have all been on the right end of such results as well as the wrong end. You can't predict football and that has been the case all season, but that is why it is such a great game.

We have worked hard all year and enjoyed plenty of high points. Sunday's result against Portsmouth was a setback but we have got to lift ourselves and start again. All of us have to - the players, the coaching staff and the fans - because we have still got so much to play for.

It is all about how you recover and respond to such a disappointment and I could not think of a better fixture to try to get back on track than tonight's as we welcome Arsenal to White Hart Lane.

It is the best game we could possibly choose in my opinion - a North London derby against your biggest rivals in front of your own fans. It is a difficult fixture but a great game to play in and I am sure the players will be up for it.

It is a massive match for both teams. Arsenal are still there in contention for the title and they are more than capable of going on a run of wins between now and May to stay in the reckoning. I am sure it will be an exciting end to the season.

Arsenal have obviously lost key players to injury recently but we have also had important players missing for long spells this season. It has been the case with most sides at one point or another throughout the campaign. We have had a bad run of injuries but we've kept going and whoever has come into the side has done great.

We have now lost Wilson Palacios after he picked up his 10th booking of the season against Portsmouth on Sunday. It is frustrating because had it been a league game it would not have been a problem and he would have gone past the cut off point for 10 bookings. However, we had to go to extra time and now he has ended up with a two-game suspension for being booked during that period.

We have six games to go and every one of them is vital to try to keep us up there challenging for fourth place. There are still four teams scrapping away for that Champions League spot and anyone who is able to have a good sequence of four or five results on the spin could take that place.

Manchester City have put themselves in a strong position after their big win against Birmingham City at the weekend but it is still all there to play for. We have been showing good form in the league having only recently won five on the bounce.

We have got a massive 10 days ahead of us with matches against the top three sides. This evening's game is all-important to us and your support can make all the difference. We have got a fantastic following and you generate such a terrific atmosphere here that deserves to be admired for all the right reasons.

Enjoy the game.
