Harry Kane recognises that the Europa League has played a key role in his development.
So it's no surprise to learn that the in-form striker is raring to go as we take on Italian giants Fiorentina in the Round of 32 of the competition with the first leg at the Lane this evening.
Harry has hit goal-den form in the Premier League with 11 goals in his last 10 starts - his five in January saw him take the honour of Barclays Premier League Player of the Month.
But the goals were flowing in the Europa League at the start of the season - he scored in both legs of the play-off against AEL in August, grabbed a hat-trick against Asteras Tripolis at the Lane and made it seven goals in six starts with another against Asteras in Greece.
That final goal arrived on November 6 and he's been a fixture in Mauricio Pochettino's starting line-up since - now racking up 23 goals in all competitions.
"The Europa League has been a great competition for me, getting my game time and earlier this season, scoring goals and then getting my chance in the Premier League," said Harry.
"It’s an important competition especially with the winners going into the Champions League next season. I’m sure a lot of teams will be going all out to win it - and so will we."
