Harry ready for cup test
Harry Redknapp insists Stevenage will not be taken lightly as we prepare for Wednesday night’s FA Cup fifth round replay.
We kick-off slightly earlier at 7.30pm at White Hart Lane for the right to take on Bolton at home in the last eight of the competition.
Stevenage are two points off the play-off places in League One with two games in hand but have gone four matches without a win since our initial goalless draw at the Lamex Stadium on February 19.
They showed that day what a handful they can be though in a real scrap of a cup-tie.
“Stevenage played ever so well that day, so we know it will be tough,” said Harry.
“The players' attitude has to be right and we’ll go about our jobs professionally. If we play as we can we should win, but if we are not at it and sloppy we will be in trouble.
“We know how tough these games can be, we’ve all been involved in them.
“To come to White Hart Lane in front of a full house with a great atmosphere, Stevenage will be up for it. We have to ready for that.
“It’s a great opportunity for us now, we’re at home and the winners have a home draw in the next round so we really want to take the opportunity we’ve been given.”
