Goran's Italian job
Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).
Goran Bunjevcevic is under no illusions as to the task awaiting him and his Yugoslavian team-mates in Italy on Saturday night.
The elegant defender travels to Naples for Yugoslavia's opening Euro 2004 qualifying match on the back of suffering a 5-0 friendly defeat against the Czech Republic last time out.
That game marked Goran's return to the international set-up after a year out and he now hopes his country's fortunes take an upward turn to match his own after a lengthy spell on the sidelines.
"Italy is a very tough place to go," said Goran, who is in the same qualifying group as Simon Davies and Wales. "It is our first game and we don't have to be too disappointed if we don't manage to get a result there.
"There are plenty of games in the group but, at the same time, we need a good start.
"We were all disappointed with our last game against the Czech Republic and we know what we have to do this time. It is a tough job but any result apart from a loss will be good for us.
"They have a lot of quality players. You could say they are a little down because of the results the club sides have had in the Champions League but those results have picked up this season and they still managed to do well in Euro 2000 and were unlucky in the World Cup.
"They have a great squad and a lot depends on how you play against them. I think you have to score first because it is very difficult to get anything against them if they score before you."
