With two straight wins already in the bag, Glenn has called on the team to embark on a prolonged run of positive results.
With Newcastle at the Lane tonight followed by Chelsea away on Saturday there will be no easy pickings. Glenn says the team must take these games 'by the scruff of the neck' in order to gather points.
Our longest unbeaten run this campaign was six games - three wins, three draws - taking in the games against Leeds, Birmingham, West Brom, Arsenal, Manchester City and Charlton.
"We've had, what I would call, mini runs this season without going on an extended one," reflected Glenn. "It would be nice to do that.
"We've got two tough games to continue the run and we're looking forward to it. We need to take these games by the scruff of the neck and go for it.

Newcastle have reaped the benefit of Alan Shearer and Craig Bellamy working so well in tandem and Glenn says the pairing are the best he has seen this season.
"There is not a lot between most of the Premiership teams between box to box - it is the clinical strikers that make the difference.
"Newcastle have two on top of their game so we've got to play well defensively as well as attacking them.
"I don't think there has been a better partnership over the course of the season. Van Nistelrooy has had other partners, as has Michael.
"As a partnership, with the two playing off each other, I thought Hasselbaink and Gudjohnsen last year were probably the best. I think these two have taken over now."
