Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).
Glenn says that now is the time to respond after momentum has been disrupted with successive defeats.
The single goal loss to his his former club came hot on the heels of the surprise reverse against Ipswich at the Lane, but Glenn insists that hiccups are not exclusive to us - most teams are suffering.
"It's the style of the league this year, it really is, let's face it," said Glenn. "Teams have had these problems, every team this season has done what we've done. We've had two defeats now and we've got to make sure we respond.
"That will only happen with a lot of hard work and the two results that we've had proves there is a lot of hard work still to be done. We know that."
"In this league you have to earn every single point you get, every club is fighting for something, to achieve something. This year it seems, more than most, it is a very open race and points are being lost left, right and centre.
"It's making for an interesting league, but you hope you can be one of the consistent teams and rise above it - that is the key.
"Nothing is decided after 19 games, some teams will have a good second half to the season, it is the consistent levels we are trying to achieve, It is a very strong league."
Meanwhile, Glenn did reserve praise for Dean Richards after the big centre-half turned in a good show against a backdrop of barracking at St Mary's.
"I think Dean responded with an excellent performance. He was left a bit vulnerable at the end when we pushed forward, but that's to be expected.
"I thought he was first class and showed a lot of character as I knew he would. Words can't hurt you, can they?"
