David Ginola turns 50 today!

'Le Magnifique' lit up the Lane in three wonderful years at Spurs after signing in July, 1997.

The French winger scored 22 goals in 127 appearances in all competitions and enjoyed a special 1998-99 campaign, where he helped us win the League Cup and on a personal level, clinched the double of PFA Player of the Year and Football Writers Association (FWA) Footballer of the Year.

Watching David take off on one of his mazy runs was one the thrilling sights of the modern Spurs era and below, enjoy some of the goals that made him such a favourite.
