Gardner feeling fine
Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).
Anthony Gardner reported no adverse reaction following his foot problems after his playing return for the reserves against Watford on Wednesday evening.
The defender has missed the last four games after trouble with his left foot that affected him in the early weeks of the season occurred again in the home game against Bolton three weeks ago.
As Doctor Charlotte explained in our last 'Treatment Table' feature: "All the bio-mechanics of his foot are being sorted out, we're making adjustments to his boots to try and support the foot and he should be available this weekend."
Anthony agreed this should be the case following his 75 minute run-out at Vicarage Road.
"My foot is fine and I felt not too bad out there. Hopefully it is now going in the right direction.
"It has been a joint in my left foot that has been inflamed now and again in one or two different areas. The latest one was hampering me a bit and I needed to take a step back and get some treatment for it.
"It has come on since the summer and I have had one or two different problems with the same foot. It has been frustrating, it is not just like one big injury that needs sorting out, it is a different one each time.
"I have been wearing different sole raises to support the way my foot is. The way pressure is being put on my foot is putting a lot of stress through it and that is what is causing the different problems."
