Forest Green test for ladies

Spurs Ladies step into the unknown on Sunday.
They face their first match against Forest Green in the FA Women's Premier League South. Kick-off is 2pm at Cheshunt FC.
Forest Green have progressed through the leagues and were promoted into the FAWPL after winning the South West League last season.
They come into Sunday's game in form as well - after a draw and two defeats in their first three games, they hammered Maidenhead 5-1 in the League Cup before their first FAWPL South win against West Ham last weekend.
"I'm sure they were boosted by that first win against West Ham but we're looking to take advantage of a few home games coming up now," said assistant manager Juan Amoros, referring to matches against Forest Green, Charlton (Thursday, 7.45pm) and Brighton (September 27).
"We've performed well this season, even when we lost after going down to nine players.
"The atmosphere is positive and we're all looking forward to it."
Juan had words of praise for Wendy Martin, who scored both goals in last week's 2-0 win at Lewes.
"Wendy sets the standard," he said. "She's always first at training and the way she plays the game is an example to everyone.
"I'm sure she could have gone to play for a Super League team but she is a Spurs fan through and through and wants to play for this team."
