Football Aid

Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR FC has teamed up with FOOTBALL AID to offer two Spurs Club Members a chance to play in this year's Football Aid charity match at White Hart Lane on May 3 2001, with team captains GARY MABBUTT & MARTIN CHIVERS.

"Spurs & Football Aid are giving two members the chance to play in the game with myself & Martin Chivers as your team captains. To enter the competition, all you have to do is phone the Football Aid hotline, answer the competition question and leave your Spurs Club membership number. Good luck and thanks for supporting this fantastic charity event"

Gary Mabbutt MBE

"Football Aid is a fantastic idea and really gives us the chance to put something back into the community. Our members have a real passion for the club and the game, and I’m sure they will relish the chance to experience what it’s like to pull on the team strip and play in the stadium."

John Sedgwick, Finance Director, Tottenham Hotspur F.C.
