Eric Dier is relishing the challenge of facing City at the Etihad Stadium tomorrow.
We face the reigning champions in a 12.45pm kick-off in the Premier League.
We travel to Manchester looking to build on a hard-earned draw at Arsenal and 1-0 win against Southampton last time out. City sit second with four wins in their seven games so far.
“They are a great side, I’ve watched them over the years and they’ve won a couple of Premier League titles, so they’ve proved themselves and we know this is a big test,” said Eric.
“These are the games everyone wants to be a part of and why you play football, to play in matches like this, against the biggest sides and the best players. You want to test yourself.
“There is no point going unless you believe you can do something so after the win against Southampton we want to keep that momentum and try to get a positive result up there.”
