England Under-21s call for Onomah
04 October 2016|Tottenham Hotspur
Josh Onomah has been called into the England Under-21s squad for the first time ahead of this month’s European Under-21 Championship qualifiers.
The 19-year-old had initially been named in the Under-20s group, a level at which he has won two caps to date.
But he’s now been elevated into the Under-21s set-up for matches against Kazakhstan away (Thursday, October 6) and Bosnia-Herzegovina at home (Tuesday, October 11).
Josh has made three first team appearances for us this season to date and recently scored his first senior goal in the 5-0 EFL Cup third round victory over Gillingham.
