Looking back, I thought they played very well in the first half, you can't argue with that. The crowd was amazing and we really wanted to put a show on for them but they cut us open twice in the first half, basically what they've been doing to most teams this season. We didn't let our heads drop, the crowd kept behind us and we just battled our way back.
THAT was my first derby match at White Hart Lane and the best atmosphere I've experienced at Spurs. The crowd was with us right from the off, warming up and throughout the game. It was special and worth the wait.
AS FAR as the huddle just before kick-off was concerned, a lot of people have said we're not together as a squad but we are. We wanted to show that. It was just something we wanted to do and I'm not sure if it will continue. We don't even know if it works or not but it was right for that game. It was the last chance to for us to look in each other's eye and say 'we're not going to let each other down'.
JAMIE REDKNAPP got us back into that game and I thought he was massive in the second half against Arsenal. When you've been out for a while it takes time to get back into the swing of things. He's been out much longer than me and he hasn't been able to string a run of games together, the last time was at the start of last season when he played 10 or 15 games and scored a couple of goals. It's not easy. He's such a talented player with exceptional passing qualities, he's played back-to-back games now and he'll get better and better. He believes he can get back to where he was in terms of form and fitness and I'm sure he can. It's a shame for him the season is coming to an end. It's the same for both of us really, our seasons haven't really got started. At least the summer gives him a chance to get 100 per cent ready for pre-season and next season. Jamie's a great person and a great captain, someone you can always go and talk to with a problem. He always encourages and I've thoroughly enjoyed playing with him.

WE WENT to Villa with a bit of confidence. The training ground was buzzing after Arsenal and we really wanted to go up there and win. We fancied our chances before the game. We went behind early but we came back, had possession and controlled the game for long periods. It's difficult to create chance after chance in away games but we had the possession. They had three chances at the start of the second half but we came back again and were well in the game. We just couldn't create the clear-cut chances.
IF YOU look at their team player for player there aren't that many that I'd swap, personally. They were down as well earlier in the season but have managed to put together an incredible run and you have to give them full praise for that. I think we're capable of producing that as well and there are a lot of players here not happy with what we've achieved this season and determined to put it right.
I CAN still a little discomfort in my shin but that was my fourth game back and Villa was the best I've felt physically since I've come back. We've got a couple of games left and I'm looking forward to Saturday now knowing that I can get through the game.
IT'S OUR last home game of the season against Blackburn on Saturday, the same as last season. That was a nightmare. The crowd are always fantastic on the last game of the season but we didn't turn up, Gus got sent off early and it went downhill from there. Damien Duff was flying for Blackburn, Tugay played well and we couldn't get near them. We want to turn it around this time. The last home game is always special and we want to make sure that's the case this year.
All the best,<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Simon
