Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).
Dean Richards is determined to restore some pride at White Hart Lane on Monday.
That pride has been dented with successive 4-0 defeats including a painful FA Cup exit at the hands of Chelsea.
Players and management alike are desperate to put that run behind them and the first opportunity is the televised visit of Charlton Athletic in the Premiership on Monday night.
"Everyone is disappointed," reported a downbeat Dean. "As players it hurts every time you get beaten, especially the way in which it has happened in the last three games.
"That hurts and it makes you determined to get the right result in the next game. After a win everything will seem so much better.
"We all want to restore some pride. Everyone is down this week, morale is not very high and everyone is very disappointed after the last three games.
"When you are winning games everyrthing seems so rosy and when you have a run like this, everything becomes a bit of a crisis. The sooner we start winning games again, the better.
"The supporters have been great all season and we feel like we've let them down in the last couple of games so it's important we put that right as soon as possible."
So how do we go about turning things around? "We've got to pull together and work hard, simple as that," added Dean.
"It's been very tough for the last three weeks. Since the cup final it's been very disappointing and suddenly that three weeks seems a hell of a long time.
"The season up until the last three weeks has been a success but the last three results have put a dampener on the whole thing.
"It's a test for us. We have to pull together, get a couple of results and pull through.
"We're all determined to finish the season on a high."
