Dele Alli has been named on a three-man shortlist for the Football League's Young Player of the Year award.
The midfielder, who turned 19 on Saturday, signed for us in January from MK Dons before re-joining the League One club on loan for the rest of the campaign.
He’s enjoyed a fine season as part of Karl Robinson’s promotion-chasing side and has scored 14 goals so far in 2014-15, including a hat-trick against Crewe Alexandra.
He was also selected for England Under-19s for the first time earlier this season, having previously represented the Three Lions at Under-18 and Under-17 levels.
Joining Dele as nominees for the award – which covers players under the age of 21 in the Championship, League One and League Two – are Middlesbrough's Patrick Bamford and Norwich City's Nathan Redmond.
The winner will be announced on Sunday at the 10th annual Football League Awards.
