DeAndre Yedlin has been named in the US National Team’s squad for this week’s match against Mexico.
The young right-back, who made his Premier League debut in Saturday’s 1-0 defeat to Aston Villa, is part of a 22-man roster selected by the States’ head coach and former Spur Jurgen Klinsmann ahead of Wednesday’s clash in San Antonio, Texas.
The former Seattle Sounders player has won 14 international caps to date, the most recent of which came when he went on as a second half substitute in the States’ 1-1 draw with Switzerland at the end of last month.
