Cyclists set off for the KCOM
19 May 2017|Tottenham Hotspur
A team of four cyclists representing the Hull City Tigers Trust set off from the Club today on a 200-mile sponsored bike ride that will end at the KCOM Stadium on Sunday.
The cyclists are raising money for Headway, the national brain injury charity that provided significant support to current Tigers and former Spurs midfielder Ryan Mason following the skull fracture he suffered in a match against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge in January.
Led by Tigers Trust Programme Manager Matt Conway, the team will deliver the match ball in time for kick-off at Sunday’s final game of the season.
Earlier this season, the Club raised over £4,000 for Headway through the auction of the team’s signed warm-up t-shirts from the FA Cup fourth round tie with Wycombe in January, displaying a ‘Get well soon’ message to Ryan.
