Fans are advised to arrive as early as possible as we celebrate 125 years of Tottenham Hotspur against Aston Villa on Monday night.

It promises to be a memorable and historic night as we celebrate both our glorious history and the man who helped define that history - Bill Nicholson.

We recommend that fans attending the match take their seats by 7.30pm, wear their favourite shirts and simply enjoy the occasion!

The Jumbotrons inside the Lane will screen a 125-specific pre-match show and you won't want to miss the opportunity to show your appreciation to one of the largest gatherings of Spurs legends that will be introduced to the crowd in the build-up to kick-off.

Here are some highlights from the planned schedule:

6pm: The lightshow begins - White Hart Lane will be illuminated with lights and projections while searchlights will be beamed in the sky to herald our anniversary.

6.30pm: Gates open.

7.15pm: Pre-match programme begins on the Jumbotron screens inside White Hart Lane.

7.45pm: Parade of legends.

7.57pm: Minute of applause for Bill Nicholson.

8pm: Kick-off.

Half-time: Interviews with four legends.

Half-time: Glenn Hoddle draws the winning raffle ticket to win a Tottenham Hotspur Opus.

8.55pm: Legends kick 125 balls into the ground.

As the evening is in celebration of Bill Nicholson as well as the history of Tottenham Hotspur, we would like to remind supporters of some fund-raising activities for the Bill Nicholson Memorial Fund. This fund, set up in Bill’s memory, aims to help grass roots football and community projects.

You can support the fund raising by buying one of our special edition souvenir programmes. This prestigious, commemorative programme is A4 in size, has 148 pages and is perfect bound. It includes features on many of the great names of the Club's past including John Cameron, Eddie Baily, Dave Mackay, Alan Mullery, Steve Perryman, Gary Mabbutt, Ossie Ardiles and current captain Ledley King.

The programme is priced at £10 and all profits from the sale of the programme will be donated to Bill’s Memorial Fund. Fans not attending the game can pre-order this special programme online.

You can buy a raffle ticket for the chance to win a Tottenham Hotspur Opus. This highly esteemed item of Tottenham Hotspur memorabilia, personalised with your name, could be yours. The draw will take place at half-time at the game. Tickets will be available to purchase for £2 each from all retail outlets and sellers situated near to the programme sales points. Again, the proceeds of raffle ticket sales will go to the Bill Nicholson Memorial Fund.

The other key fund raising activity is the opportunity to purchase a souvenir t-shirt of the evening from our retail outlets. These are priced at £10 and are available to purchase online by fans not attending the game.

Meanwhile, don’t forget to wear your favourite Spurs shirt from whatever season you like the most or simply Club colours. This is the perfect opportunity to show your pride in our great Club.

See you there!
