The Club was invited to take part in the official Bell Ringing Ceremony that opens the stock markets every morning at Nasdaq’s HQ in New York.
Executives from some of the world’s leading companies have taken part in this daily tradition over the years, and today the honour fell to our Chairman, Daniel Levy.
Daniel delivered a short address as part of a ceremony viewed around the globe via Nasdaq’s official Facebook page and broadcast live on CNBC and Bloomberg.
Mauricio Pochettino and his coaching staff, Ledley King, Board members and other senior Club executives then took to the stage to join Daniel as he rang the bell that officially began the day’s trading.

The group then took to Times Square for a photo opportunity in front of Nasdaq’s impressive video wall that featured Club visuals throughout the 30-minute event, thanking our US fans for the incredible support we are receiving during our Tour.
Earlier this morning, the Chairman and Ledley took part in a ‘Fireside Chat’ alongside Nasdaq Senior Vice President, Robert McCooey, discussing topics such as our new stadium, the partnership with NFL, the Club’s continued growth in the US and aspirations on the pitch in front of an audience of company CEOs from the Metropolitan area of New York City.
