Capital One Cup - Newcastle date

Our Capital One Cup fifth round tie at home to Newcastle United will take place on Wednesday December 17, kick-off 7.45pm.

The match will be settled on the night with extra time and penalties if required.

We progressed into the last eight after Wednesday night's win against Brighton, having beaten Nottingham Forest in the third round.

Newcastle toppled Manchester City in the fourth round at the Etihad Stadium on Wednesday night after registering away victories against Palace and Gillingham in rounds three and two respectively.
