Can't live without football
Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).
Gus Poyet admits it's been a struggle being out of Premiership action so far this season.
The irrepressible midfielder returned to action with his first competitive 90 minutes of the season for the reserves on Monday.
He has another reserve fixture lined-up at West Ham on Tuesday, the Tottenham Tribute Match next Thursday and then, hopefully, a return against Bolton on October 20.
Could he live without football? "No chance," he said. "It's too much. People who saw me in my long injury at Chelsea will have know how crazy I can be when I'm out of football for five or six months.
"It has been difficult to be out this time but everything is okay now."
If proof were needed, Gus talks us through a nail-biting countdown to the final whistle at Ewood Park that he had from home on Sunday.
He revealed: "I was at home on Sunday, 1-1 at Blackburn and waiting for the final whistle and result and suddenly the second goal showed up on the television and I was jumping up and down celebrating as if I was in the stand. It was great to get those three points, I think we are fifth now in the table and we have to keep going, well, you never know. "
