Boston Spurs SC underlined the strength of support in their city with a 30-strong visit to White Hart Lane for our last home match against Leicester City.
Based out of the Kinsale Pub at 2 Center Plaza in the city, Boston Spurs was formed in 2006 and has gone from strength to strength - the club is now past the 500 mark in members.
For chairman Ryan Hayman it was a first visit to the Lane and he explained exactly how it felt to step into our famous stadium for the first time after supporting the club thousands of miles way.
"I'm excited, a little in shock seeing the pitch for the first time and it's a dream come true," said Ryan. "I've dreamt about being here, and here we are!
"We all get up early in the morning to watch games on the TV so to be here with the pre-match atmosphere, I can't really describe it. I'm soaking it all up."
Ryan explained that over 20 fans made the trip from Boston for the Leicester game with the total group boosted to over 30 as they hooked up with members now based in the UK.
"It's a fantastic commitment," said Ryan. "It's about being here, seeing the players live. A few of us have seen the team play in friendlies in America but it's a different thing to actually be here at White Hart Lane."
Meanwhile, Ryan agreed with Stephen Fell of recently-formed club East Fishkill Spurs that there is a real sense of community across the US when it comes to our official supporters clubs.
"There is a Facebook group Tottenham Hotspur America where everyone communicates and when the team comes over and plays in Chicago, New York, wherever, everyone congregates, it becomes a Spurs summit, so to speak!"
