Ben Davies treated participants on one of our half-term Soccer School courses to a surprise when he stopped by for a visit on Monday afternoon.
The Welsh international visited Woodhouse College in Finchley to take part in a Q&A and oversee some of the mini-games the youngsters were enjoying during their afternoon session.
Ben was asked some fantastic questions by the juniors, and when asked who he felt the Club’s best current player was, he answered: “Mousa Dembele – people don’t realise just how good he is.”
Keen to find out how they could follow in Ben’s footsteps, one junior fan asked how the left-back made it as a professional. Ben revealed that he himself had been spotted at a Soccer School back in his home town of Neath, giving hope to the budding young footballers in attendance.
Tottenham Hotspur Soccer Schools provide a fantastic opportunity for boys and girls aged five to 15 of all abilities to improve on their football skills under the guidance of FA and UEFA qualified coaches, using authentic methods developed within the Club’s academy.
Soccer Schools run throughout the year, both during term times and school holidays. Find out more about our courses here.
