The winner of this competition will, wait for it...

- Meet manager Mauricio Pochettino and get the chance to ask him a few questions!
- Watch the first team squad train live at our world-class training HQ, Hotspur Way!
- Meet the players after that training session!
- Be one of our mascots for our Premier League clash against Bournemouth in April!

How to enter

First of all and most importantly - you need to be a One Hotspur Junior Member. If you haven't joined our fantastic membership scheme, find out how to HERE...

The competition runs in two parts.

Part one: In the first part of the competition we're asking junior members this question: “Why would you make a good football manager?” Get your thinking caps on and tell us in 100 words or less. The entry form is HERE...

Part two: We will go through all the entries and select a shortlist for the second part of the competition. The Junior Members on this shortlist will be asked to send us a video where, in a minute or less, they will demonstrate why they would make a good football manager and explain what their best managerial characteristics are?

We will then select a winner from the video entries. The most energetic, confident, passionate, persuasive and creative entry will be our winner!
