Given that Carlo Cudicini has 34 appearances in The FA Cup to his name, it is unsurprising that the veteran goalkeeper is all too aware of the potential FA Cup banana skin we fact at Stevenage on Sunday.
The 38-year-old has, in his own words, 'been around for a few years', and knows that we cannot afford to take our League One opposition lightly.
"In the FA Cup, there's no such thing as an easy game. We need to be on top form on Sunday, and it's another step towards Wembley," Carlo told Spurs TV Online.
"We know the atmosphere will be very good and we have to be ready. I've been around for a few years and I know what The FA Cup is about - maybe a few of the younger lads are unsure - and Cup games are always great."
Victory on Sunday would seal a place in the quarter-finals of the competition, and with both of the Manchester clubs out of the competition, we're currently the top ranked team still in with a shout of winning the famous trophy.
Carlo believes a win would help us maintain our excellent league form as we head towards the business end of the season.
"Most of the time, when you have a nice run in the cup, it helps the team to keep concentration in the league as well; I think the two things run parallel.
"In the cup you have a chance to make a few changes and all the players who have come in this season have been ready. Hopefully it will be the same this Sunday."
