Back to the future
Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).
Chris Hughton believes Everton have picked up where they left off two seasons ago after a disappointing 2003-04 campaign.
The Goodison Park outfit finished just one spot above the relegation zone last term having finished seventh in a memorable first full campaign for David Moyes in 2002-03 - a season where the Toffees competed for a Champions League spot for most of the season before a run of just three wins in their last 10 games.
They are back at the right end of the table again this time around with just one defeat - against Arsenal on the opening day - a draw at United and five wins in seven league games.
All this despite being dubbed a club in crisis in the summer and the sale of prize asset Wayne Rooney to United.
"I think they are back where they were two seasons ago and by the standards they set two seasons ago, they found it difficult last season," said coach Chris.
"They have come out on the back of a disappointing season last time around desperate to do well again.
"Possibly the fact they have lost Wayne Rooney has lifted them even more and as a club or group of lads they've had to dig that little deeper. The rewards are they for all to see.
"They are playing a different shape to what they've played in the last couple of seasons but even if Rooney has gone, they have some very good, international players.
"When those players are at the top of their game like they are at the moment, then they've got every chance to do well and that's exactly what they are doing."
